It's not work if you have fun doing it

Imagine for the rest of your life your stuck in a dead end job, in a cubical, and having orders barked at you everyday. I don't see many people staying happy at their job very long, unless they like to be bossed around and be away from human interaction. My advice to someone who wants to get out and have fun with their short and meaningful lives, is stop working. The best thing in the world is to get paid for doing something you love and is skilled at. It's never really considered work when it's your passion and you are excited to go into the field and start making money. The essay by Thandie Newton made me realize, when you are in that moment, when you are your true self is when you are enlightened. Happy with yourself and breathing in your essence, because during thoese moments you lose yourself.

OTAY RANCH PROM 2010
When I'm djing at a gig, I feel like I'm in a different world. I break out of my usual shy and miserable self and into a whole new confident and energetic guy. I use the crowd as an energy booster and feed off them as i rock the turntables. The feeling of having the power and persuasion to make people dance and let them forget about their problems at work or at home for four hours is gratifying and a big confidence level riser. I never feel like im working when im djing, and i think i can say i've never worked a day in my life.
